Depending on the nature of your problem, support group may be an ideal choice for addressing your concerns and making positive changes in your life. While joining a group of strangers may sound intimidating at first, group therapy has been known to provide benefits that individual therapy may not. In fact, group members are almost always surprised by how rewarding the group experience can be.  Groups often serve as a support network and a sounding board for its members as members are usually experiencing some of the same challenges or situations.  Regularly talking and listening to others similar situations may also help you put your own problems in perspective.

Due to the pandemic, many have experienced unexpected and significant losses. Vedrine’s Healing Services grief support groups focus primarily on helping individuals who have experienced loss, whether the loss of a loved one or loss of employment or loss of their homes, learn how to process and navigate their grief.
